At Merritt’s, every product reflects decades of craftsmanship, tradition, and pride. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return unworn, unwashed items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

⭐ Eligible Returns

To ensure a smooth return process, items must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

  • Free of stains, odors, or damage

  • Returned with tags attached (if applicable)

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

🔄 Exchanges

We’re happy to exchange sizes, colors, or styles. 

Customers are responsible for shipping the item back to us, but any replacement item will be shipped to you at no additional cost.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

  • Final sale or clearance products

  • Gift cards

  • Items showing signs of wear, washing, or alteration
